So you’ve decided to go on a diet. Great! But you need a quick diet because you need to look good by Christmas, a wedding, a date, your holiday… and so on.
Firstly, you need to stay away from crash diets. These are programs that starve you or have you taking weight loss pills, drinking loads of coffee or surviving on just fruit.
If you choose a crash diet you may lose weight but you won’t be able to maintain it. Bogus weight loss pills might help but tricking your body unnaturally will help you pile on the pounds afterward.

Drinking lots of coffee to keep going may result in palpitations and jitters. Don’t do this to yourself!
The best quick diet you can choose is one that gives you a target to lose a fair number of pounds in about 10 to 14 days without letting you go for hours with no food. You need to exercise gently as well to help increase your metabolism.
